We are all unique and each of us has a unique healing journey. A healing method that works for one person might not work for someone else. Timing is important—sometimes we might not be ready for a particular modality, but when we revisit the modality at a later time, we might find that it begins to help us. Going inwards, trusting out intuition, and letting our higher self guide us to the resources that work best for us can be helpful.
If you are beginning your healing journey, it can be difficult to trust yourself and know what direction to take. Finding a trusted confidant can be a first step.
